NOTICE TO WQHLKA MEMBERSHIP
The following amendments to the WQHLKA Bylaws will be presented for a vote of the membership at the Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for Monday, September 16, at 6:00 pm at the Visitors Center.
Article VII. Trustees ADD:
F. Voting shall be in person or by telephone conference or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other.
G. The Immediate Past President (IPP) shall remain on the Board of Trustees during the entire term of the succeeding President, unless the IPP resigns or is removed as authorized by these bylaws. The IPP position shall have the same rights as any other Board member, but without standing committee responsibilities unless the IPP chooses to join a committee.
Article X. Financial Affairs
A: The fiscal year shall be January 1 – December 31.
